Management and Dissemination

The consortium of the MOSLA research project unites seven partners from two universities (University Marburg and University Gießen). To guarantee a adequate integration and communication of the partners, it is important to establish a functional management structure. This structure is divided into two units: The coordinator serves as the entity that connects both the ministry and the project’s partners. The Management Team (MT) is a speaker team. Their leading role at the Project Area M guarantees a working technical and administrative implementation of the project. Moreover, the MT keeps and eye on the progress of all young team members’ developments and offers support regarding questions about equality and achieving a work-life-balance.

Tasks of the Management Team

  1. Scientific coordination and internal communication
  2. Regular composition of reports
  3. Monitoring of milestones and Risk Management
  4. Financial and administrative management, communication with the ministry
  5. Being the contact for all project partners
  6. Organization of project meetings (project and translations meetings)
  7. Organization and management of data

Tasks of the Dissemination Team

  1. Development of a Dissemination Roadmap
  2. Development and Update of this very project homepage
