Which goal do you want to achieve until autumn?
We contribute towards the understanding of how DNA repair operates in Bacillus subtilis, with the goal of possible increasing repair efficiency. Until autumn, we want to finish a report on the changes in dynamics of three proteins centrally involved in DNA replication to different kinds of replication stress, and submit it for publication.
What are you passionate about?
Finding out how DNA replication and repair operate at a single molecule level in live bacterial cells; Music; Yoga.
What did you always want to do?
